FF and Ashoka are partnering to nurture changemakers

Future Foundations and Ashoka Europe are pleased to announce we are working in partnership to identify and nurture future changemakers.

Our first project will be identifying Changemaker Schools from around the world, to nominate students and teachers to participate in the Global Social Leaders Programme, an annual two-week residential leadership course organised by Future Foundations and the Wellington Leadership Institute, held at Wellington College in the UK.

Future Foundations are a strategic partner of Ashoka, and a fellow member of Generation Change, a collaboration of the leading youth social action organisations in the UK.

Ashoka envisions an Everyone A Changemaker: a world that responds quickly and effectively to social challenges, and where each individual has the freedom, confidence and societal support to address any social problem and drive change.

Global Social Leaders offers an exciting way to further develop the skills and capability of students and teachers who have shown the potential to be Changemakers within their school and community.

Ashoka Europe are inviting their changemaker schools to express interest in participation by 31st January 2016.  To do so please complete the following form: ‘Expression of Interest’ form

You will receive further information about the programme from Future Foundations who will be able to answer any questions you have and assist your school in selecting suitable students and teachers to take part.
