The following are Future Foundations Training Ltd’s typical booking terms and conditions.  These may vary on a case by case basis, or for specific programmes, services or products.  Future Foundations Training Ltd reserves the right to reasonably change the typical terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Changes in terms and conditions would apply to all subsequent agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise, and existing clients would be informed if they were affected in any way.

Costings Assumptions

  • It is exclusive of travel for participants to and from the venue. Unless agreed otherwise transport should be booked and paid for by the school using current suppliers.

Typical Payment Schedule

  • 40 % Mobilisation Fee – payable immediately to confirm booking (non-refundable).
  • 60 % Payment – due at least three weeks before the programme.

Typical Payment Terms

  • All payments due 30 days from date of invoice
  • Please make payments directly by BACS – details will be provided on invoice.
  • FF maintains the right under the Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, to charge interest at the rate of 8 percent per month from the date when payment was due until the date of payment is received, whether before or after judgment. If the Client fails to pay, the Client will be responsible for all expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by FF in collecting the amounts due.

Cancellation

  • If the client cancels the programme less than 90 days prior to the planned start date of the programme, they will be liable to pay the Total Fee for the Options selected. Any costs incurred by cancelling the programme will be invoiced to the client.

Variations

  • Please notify FF in writing to request any change to the services specified to the option selected. FF shall endeavour to make any required changes. Any additional costs incurred shall be invoiced to the client.

Unexpected Additional Effort or Expenses

  • FF shall inform and invoice the client for any unexpected but reasonable additional expenses or services required to deliver the programme.

Copyright

  • FF reserves copyright for all aspects of programmes it has designed including all written and delivered programme content.

Confirmation

  • FF will commence work on programme design and preparation once the deposit has been received.

Legal Obligations

  • FF will provide the Party Leader with a copy of the FF Code of Practice and a Code of Practice Sign Off-Sheet. This will need to be signed ahead of delivery of the programme officially starting to signify that you have reviewed the documentation and that you understand that your signature confirms that you have read and understood the terms, policies and responsibilities and are an authorised signatory for your school/organisation.
