Andy Dunn is an International Coach, Facilitator and Consultant working across personal, team and culture change programmes. To date he has worked with over 5,000 CEOs, leaders, managers and students, to be a catalyst for change, innovation and personal development.

His global client portfolio includes Adidas, Santander, Amazon Web Services, Dyson, Ricoh, Shelter and the Kering Group to name a few, with programmes covering innovation, diversity and inclusion, mental wellbeing, resilience and leadership development.

Holding it all together is his mission is to empower people and organisations to lead with integrity, care for the world and evoke the drive within us all to make a positive difference in the places we live and work.

As an accredited Human Synergistics consultant, Andy partners with clients to be an ally, champion and catalyst for positive change. Using compelling evidence-based methods alongside a warm, creative and relationship-centred approach, making Andy a highly sought after partner.

Alongside his coaching business, Andy is also an Author, Speaker and founder of Creators Club, an organisation providing coaching and courses to propel the freelance creator economy. His passions also include volunteering for a local homeless shelter, swing dancing and playing squash.

Andy is originally from Newcastle and lives in London.
