In October 2012 we worked with the Wellington Leadership Institute and the Cabinet Office to create the first National Citizen Service Leaders Programme, open to graduates from summer and autumn. The primary objective of this residential programme was to develop the leadership potential of 100 ambassadors for NCS programme. Future Foundations was selected by the NCS Trust in 2013 to deliver year 2 of the programme which included a visit to 10 Downing Street and the House of Commons!
