On Friday 45 excited 16-17 year olds hopped on a coach to Shropshire for the start of NCS Autumn 2014. Along with 8 of our very best FF staff they spent 3 days at Condover Hall completing their residential phase. This included tackling the abseiling tower, braving the high ropes, thrashing out the team water challenge and pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones.

They are now in the life experience phase at Wycliffe Baptist Church, meeting community partners, presenting at Dragons Den and planning for their social action project.

Everyone on the programme will complete 30 hours on their project to be eligible to graduate. Any work they do counts towards the hours- including team meetings, phone calls, individual research, planning and events.

At the end of November they will present their projects to a panel of judges at Graduation and the winning team will be invited to the FF Annual Awards on December 13th.

We wish all of them the best of luck over the next month with their social action projects.
