Day 5 – Serve to Lead

After a full on day of self reflection yesterday, today we are exploring social leadership. “When the best leader’s work is done, the people say, ‘We did it ourselves!”

We will be looking at our comfort-stretch-panic zones, completing a team challenge and considering types of followership.
