For all our programmes, we maintain a market-leading Code of Practice (COP) that sets out how we assess and manage risk.
We carry out risk assessments for all Future Foundations activities and review the procedures of our partners involved in a programme, ensuring that everyone understands their role in managing safety throughout.
For each programme, we ask our stakeholders (including clients, partners, venues, and schools, as appropriate) to sign an agreement of responsibilities. This confirms who is responsible during the programme itself and for participants’ travel to and from the venue.
Our policies, procedures, risk management processes, training, and child protection approach have been developed with and independently reviewed by our external advisors.
