Global Social Leaders Catalyst is a unique intensive leadership course designed to develop your leadership skills, your understanding of global issues enabling you to plan a project and become a leader in your life and society.
We are inviting students who will be aged 14-17 (as of October 2016) from schools around the world to apply.
The programme will take place at The Scindia School, an Indian boarding school for boys, established in 1897, and situated in the historic Gwalior Fort, in the city of Gwalior. Click here to find out more about this incredible school, our host for the programme.
Future Foundations, Scindia School and the Wellington Leadership Institute are delivering Global Social Leaders for the first time in India this year.
The course will run from Monday 24th to Friday 28th October 2016.

For those travelling from outside of India, students are invited to arrive on Sunday 23rd and depart on Saturday 29th October. There is an optional excursion on the 29th and 30th October, further details on the excursion will be provided to successful applicants.

Overview of the course:
The Global Social Leaders (GSL) Catalyst programme is a transformational five-day leadership experience developed by Future Foundations and the Wellington Leadership Institute based on our twelve-day annual GSL World Summit held in the UK, click here to find out more.
You will receive powerful leadership training, inspiring talks and the chance to make deep connections with your fellow participants. You will develop a social action project plan which you will work with fellow participants to deliver after the programme. We will keep in touch with you and provide further support and guidance on your project.
The programme is taking place at the same time as the Indian festival of Diwali. This is a great opportunity to visit India.
Future Foundations team of expert facilitators from the United Kingdom will visit India to deliver the programme Scindia School. We will be supported by students who have attended our GSL World Summit in the Summer of 2016 from Scindia School.
There are limited places on the programme. All students will need to click here to apply to take part. The deadline for applications is 15th August 2016. Following the application deadline we will select students and offer places. Successful applicants will have seven days to accept their place. If not accepted, places will be offered to the waiting list.
Course Fees:
The course fee is £770 for the course and onsite accommodation at Scindia School including evening activities. Alternative, students can pay £890 for the course and accommodation at a local hotel with twin room accommodation.
There will be an additional optional fee for arriving the day before the programme and for the optional excursions post-programme to the Taj Mahal, Agra-Jaipur-Delhi or Agra-Fathe Pur Sikri. Further details will be provided to successful applicants outlining details of the excursions and options.
For those travelling from outside of India, you will need to allow for flights, visa and immunizations. Scindia School can arrange transfers from Delhi to the school and advise on travel options.
We invite schools sending students to bring a teacher, the cost to attend will be the accommodation.
