In September 2014, we challenged all the wonderful people in the Future Foundations family to challenge themselves for do something – anything – for 30 days.  Here’s how they got on…

30 Days Has September

What will you do?

Have you participated in a Future Foundations programme either this summer or in the past?

Have you worked or volunteered on a Future Foundations programme?

If the answer is yes, we would like to nominate you to take a challenge and we are pleased to say it does not involve ‘iced water’ – well unless you would like it to.

We would like to challenge all our programme participants who are now alumni, our staff and volunteers to take on a personal leadership challenge.

We challenge you to start this challenge any day within the next 30 days (i.e. any day within the month of September), and to then commit to achieving it within 30 days from the day you start.

By sharing your challenge, and marking the date/time you commit to it, this will act as a personal and public commitment to making the goal you set a reality.

Please do share the challenge and nominate others to support you and if they so wish they also have 30 days to decide their challenge and commence…

The definition of a ‘Future Foundations 30 Day Challenge’ is one that you take to improve your leadership of yourself and others. Examples of challenges alumni and staff have taken before are, starting a new hobby, committing to a new habit which helps you become fitter, eating more healthily. Think about something you would like to do, and have not managed to do, and that is what your challenge should be.

Good luck!!
