WHO ARE WE?

Future Foundations is the leading provider of personal, leadership and academic development programmes for young people.

Future Foundations (FF) mission is to inspire young people to achieve their full potential. FFs vision is a society where all organisations are led by socially conscious people, with every young person making the transition into adulthood with the foundations they need for their future.

FF delivers a wide variety of one day and multi day residential programmes to help with the key transition points young people face in their academic and personal life. We find awe inspiring venues, manage the logistics, take care of the risk assessments, and everything else in between!

Our programmes are wide ranging and include one day GCSE Step-Up Days, Revision Weekends, Sixth Form Inductions and multi day Leadership Training Programmes.

The high quality of our programmes has been recognised by two successive British Governments, and we have also been selected to run the Government’s Youth Leaders programme since 2010.

Wellington College aims to develop leaders with the passion, values and skills to serve and make a positive difference to the lives of others.

The Wellington Leadership Institute has branches in all the Wellington Schools (Academy, Tianjin, Shanghai) and we have worked with over 300 schools across the world, as well as many charities, businesses and the Army.

Wellington College joined the Round Squareorganisation in 1995 and plays a full and active part in international conferences, projects and exchanges, as well as developing service and fund raising initiatives of its own.

We are proud of our connection to the organisation and in October 2011 Wellington hosted the Annual Conference, welcoming hundreds of delegates from all over the world.
