As week 1 draws to a close the GSL participants will delve deeper in leadership foundations. Having focused on self leadership yesterday, today we will look at social leadership, this includes exploring different styles, discussing the concept of followership and putting these into practice with different tasks and challenges.
Today the participants will have the chance to have 121 sessions with their coach and begin to reflect on their first week.
The evening activity is the Big Debate – everyone will put their communication and listening skills to the test and debate global issues, and yes, there will be prizes!
