We hope to have more detailed information nearer the time of the event.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
- Fire procedure – please see emergency procedures
- Risk assessment for site and/or for the event – the events team specialist H&S, manager for the event, will be preparing this and it is expected by the end of March, which I will then share.
- Details of the bathrooms – toilets are available on each floor of the venue and clearly signed. Unfortunately as they are shared for the whole event, they will not be allocated just for students, so please make sure you always accompany your students.
- Security at the event – security is being covered by the US Amazon Protective Services with subcontractors onsite, who cover each entry and exit point. Each attendee will go through a screening when they arrive and have to register with a badge in order to gain access. There are appropriate security arrangements to prevent unauthorised persons entering the event.
- First aid provision – this is covered by security personnel, but there will also be FF staff present who are first aid trained.
Please email lucy.moses@future-foundations.co.uk with any questions.
