As we enter 2015, Future Foundations is lining itself up for an exciting year ahead, especially as we build towards the summer. We’ve got some very exciting things in the pipeline, and hope to share them with you over the weeks and months ahead.
Sadly some of the office team are moving on to pastures new, so please join me in wishing them all the very best – they will be sorely missed.

Arnika Knight has been with FF for 2 years and led the charge on our National Citizen Service work, becoming our Senior Project & Quality Manager. She has been an absolute trooper and loved sharing the great work that the young people on the NCS programme were doing in their communities.

Lucy Moses joined the full time team 2 years ago, having been one of our Coaches. Lucy too ‘cut her FF project management teeth’ on the National Citizen Service, and more recently led the management of our school programmes. She kept her hand in the coaching arena too, and also developed a deep affection for the development of our website: multi talented!

Vanaka Chhem-Kieth came on board in March 2013 to coordinate the numeracy and literacy summer school pilot for the Education Endowment Fund. He since then was promoted to Project Manager and led our Global Social Leaders programme and the McKinsey Leadership Academy.

A year ago, Will Dobson left one of our clients to join FF…! Will initially coordinated the National Citizen Service programme, and whilst doing so, realised he actually quite liked developing the business systems that enable us to manage our projects. As such, we made him Business Systems Manager and our IT infrastructure especially has now been transformed!

On behalf of everyone at FF, we want to sincerely thank Arnika, Lucy, Vanaka and Will for their relentless hard work, for their passion, and for their support of Future Foundations. Thank you all so much for everything and all the very best for the future.
