Guidance for Submitting Your Child’s Maths Challenge Video
To help us keep all videos secure and easy to access, please choose one of the following methods to share your child’s challenge video. Each option ensures the video remains private and viewable only by those with access.
- Click here to download the challenge
Please use the link shared in the email you received to submit the challenge.
Option 1: Upload Directly in our Challenge Submission Form (Podio)
The simplest way is to record the video on a phone and then upload it directly from your phone using the webform.
File size limit: Up to 100 MB per file.
If the video is larger than this you will need to use Option 2 to share with us.
Option 2: Share a Link via Online Platforms
If the file size is larger, then you may need to upload your video to one of these services and provide the viewing link in our submission form:
- YouTube (Unlisted Link): Upload and set visibility to Unlisted (only those with the link can view).
- Vimeo (Unlisted or Private Link): Use Unlisted or People with the private link privacy settings.
- Google Drive: Set sharing to Anyone with the link can view.
- Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint: Share with Anyone with the link or invite us via email.
- Dropbox: Use Link settings to allow viewing or download.
- WeTransfer: Upload your video and share the transfer link with us.
- Zoom/Teams: Share recorded link and password
Please Notes:
- Deadline: Please ensure you submit your child’s video using our submission form by the deadline in your challenge invitation email
- Privacy: All videos will be used solely for the selection process and will not be shared beyond the team reviewing applications.
- Please do not email large video files directly, as they may fail to deliver.
- If sharing via a link, make sure your settings allow us to view or download the video.
