Who we are?
Future Foundations (FF) is a training organisation focused on developing the social leadership and academic potential of young people. We work primarily with the education sector, either directly with schools or in partnership with groups of schools from a particular area. We work with a wide range of young people, typically from ages 11 to 21. We work closely with leading schools, academies, Independent Schools and youth organizations in order to deliver high quality training programmes.
Most programmes last between one and five days, both residential and non-residential, taking place in inspiring venues. We recruit experienced coaches and trainers to deliver training programmes in teams of 5-35 people depending on the number of particpants. Our delivery methods include large plenary sessions, small group workshops, 1:1 consultations, guest speakers, experimental learning and team tasks.
