| Future Foundations
is a specialist provider of training and support services
which help young people realise their potential and make a
more effective transition from education to the working world.
We develop the self-awareness, attitudes, real world knowledge,
and soft skills (for example, self-presentation) which are
crucial for success in and beyond education in the C21st.
Young
people are contending with a rapidly-changing workplace,
employers’ complaints that they lack the soft skills
and mindset they require, and increasingly complex career
possibilities. Future Foundations exists to empower better
and earlier awareness amongst pupils of what they need to
know about themselves and the outside world, and what it
really takes to make their dreams a reality.
