National Citizen Service - Team Coach

NCS Team Coach is a great opportunity for a coach with youth experience to really make a difference. If you are energetic, passionate and love working with teenagers, (ideally 16 years olds) than this is the perfect role for you.

We are looking for a team coach who can inspire and motivate a team of up to 16 diverse 16 year olds. Your role will require you to support, stretch and maximise the learning outcome of the NCS participants throughout the NCS Programme. It is essential you are confident, dynamic and able to build rapport and govern the respect of a group of 16 year olds over a 3 week summer residential programme and on-going.

This is a ground breaking programme for all involved and we are really looking for individuals who will stand out above the rest.

Overview:

Position:	Team Coach, Future Foundations (FF) National Citizen Service (NCS) 2012
Location:	1 of 9 Regions (Southampton, Bath, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle)
	Week 1: Residential - Wellington College, Berkshire Week 2: Residential - University Campus, within your region/ local community Week 3: Non-residential – Within your assigned region/ local community
Reporting To:	NCS Programme Manager
Duration:	3 Consecutive weeks July/ August, plus attendance of Local & National Awards & Graduation
Payscale:	Pay for the role is £1700 which includes and covers:-
	4 days residential training including any additional training in accordance with your job description depending on your level of experience for the role. Dates to be confirmed The 3 week residential and non-residential NCS summer Programme Attendance of the Local and National Awards & Graduation Ceremony Food and accommodation for the residential Programme
