National Citizen Service - Regional Group Leader Assistant

NCS Assistant Group Leader is an energetic, experienced, and dynamic assistant to support the Regional Group leader and manage the logistics of the 3 week summer Programme. This an exciting and exceptional opportunity to support, develop and assist a team of up to potentially 20 delivery staff and between 48 to 96 young participants(region dependent).

Alongside the Group Leader your role will be to manage the operations and logistics ensuring the successful smooth implementation of our NCS Summer Programme and community project. Making sure our core delivery aims are met and the delivery team, participants and professional partners find the experience, inspiring, worthwhile and enjoyable.

Overview:

Position:	Regional Group Leader Assistant, Future Foundations (FF) National Citizen Service (NCS) 2012
Location:	1 of 9 Regions (Southampton, Bath, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle)
	Week 1: Residential - Wellington College, Berkshire Week 2: Residential - University Campus, within your region/ local community Week 3: Non-residential – Within your assigned region/ local community
Reporting To:	NCS Programme Manager
Duration:	3 Consecutive weeks July/ August, plus attendance of Local & National Awards & Graduation
Payscale:	Pay for the role is £2016 which includes and covers:-
	4 days residential training including any additional training in accordance with your job description depending on your level of experience for the role. Dates to be confirmed The 3 week residential and non-residential NCS summer Programme Attendance of the Local and National Awards & Graduation Ceremony Food and accommodation for the residential Programme
