The Take A Chance programme is a ground-breaking five year enterprise education initiative for 14-18 year olds in West Berkshire.

The world of work is changing, and university students need to prepare themselves for this. To help meet this need, Future Foundations has developed the Graduate Edge programme, and its sister programme Mind the Gap.

The Academy is a peer support network of exceptional students all holding leadership roles within a University club, society, volunteer group or in a supervisory position or job. Through their participation, members of the Academy will learn how to be more effective and responsible leaders.  The programme was created in partnership with the University of Bath.

Future Foundations SIFE UK Student Leader Award

In every SIFE team, there are examples of students who have demonstrated great leadership qualities while not necessarily being in official leadership positions. The FF SIFE UK Student Leader Award has been created to give SIFE University Advisers the opportunity to recognise such a member of their team.

We believe that by connecting bright, ambitious students and graduates with vibrant Small / Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Third Sector Organisations (TSOs), for a flexible work experience programme, both parties benefit enormously.

We run a free advice clinic whereby individuals can have 10‐15 minute consultations to help them think about their career direction. 

The FF Sparkle Network is a peer support network for people in the early stages of their career. It is an opportunity to make connections with other young people in a friendly and welcoming environment. There are currently no upcoming Sparkle events, but you can watch a video of the last Sparkle event held at NESTA below.
