Future Foundations works with both parties on the Placement Programme to ensure maximum compatability and development potential. Our approach is to create a flexible experience which matches the needs of both the students and the organisations concerned. This has enabled us to offer flexible projects where students have carried out their projects off-site and in their own time. This has been hugely beneficial approach for many smaller organisations who do not have the resources or office space to have a full time placement student.
