Workshops would be medium sized group workshops – 15-20 depending on overall numbers of learners on the sixth form induction. Delivery would be by two trainers. If there are sessions from the original list that you would rather incorporate than those suggested, we can try to accommodate this for you. Option 2: As above but with additions: one ‘show’ / drama production (rooted in enterprise skills), option for debating class and debate, e-flyer for the event, access to all powerpoint presentations, online mentorship after the event We could configure workshop content to what you wanted, including along the lines of the proposed content list above, or beyond this to your requirements.
Option 3: As above option 2 but with smaller groups of up to 10 for half of the workshops, 2 plenaries, Online Evaluation Questionnaire with interpretation of results, prizes for best effort Optional additions:
- one-on-one consultation for each delegate, with feedback forms filled in
- Video taken and edited for use by the school and can be web hosted by FF (great for showcasing new sixthform and embedding the induction for future years)
Option 4:
As above option 2 but with smaller groups of up no more than 10 for all workshops Optional additions:
- Future Foundations can run more workshops so delegates get to choose which 4 from 6 workshops they attend
