• Set up and ran the Sparkle Network, the premier peer-support network in the UK for people in the early stages of their career.

• ‘Highly commended’ runner-up in 2007 IAB Young Entrepreneur of the Year

• Member of the Institute of Directors, Education and Policy lead for London Young Directors Forum, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has a double first class degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

• As a professional speaker and trainer, through courses, seminars and keynotes, and one-on-one coaching, Jack has empowered tens of thousands of young people to raise their aspirations and fulfill their potential.

JON HARPER – Director of Future Foundations

• Graduate Entrepreneur, founded Kreation Limited in 2002 to help University Students become more employable whilst at university
• Secured prestigious clients which included a government agency and an NGO
• Hired by one of those clients to take on the role of UK Programme Director of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise). Grew the SIFE programme from 5 to over 30 UK Universities in three years
• Designed and delivered accredited training for a National Charity on how to set up and run a social enterprise
• Working towards accreditation with the Institute of Fundraising and an MSC in Charity Marketing and Fundraising with the Centre for Charity Effectiveness, Cass Business School. 
  
• Has swam in the London Docklands, though not on purpose!

Pete Cuff - General Manager

• Graduated from the University of Warwick in 2000 with a degree in Management Science
  
• Elected as Student Activities Officer and trustee of University Of Warwick Students’ Union 2000-2001
  
• Worked at various firms in the City including PriceWaterhouseCoopers 
  
• Spent 7 years at King’s College London Students’ Union specialising in membership support, learning and development primarily in volunteering
  
• Ran the London Marathon in 2007 and 2009 raising thousands of pounds for charity
  
• Has just got engaged to the lovely Emma and is looking forward to getting married in a Cathedral
