Set up in 2004, by Jack Butler, Future Foundations (FF) mission is to bridge the gaps between education and the working world.

FF has quickly grown a reputation for successfully raising both aspirations and attainment amongst young people, which led to a government initiative called Aimhigher asking FF to run the Norfolk University Access Summer School, a programme now in its fourth year.  More recently FF has secured prestigious clients including NESTA and Vodafone.

In 2007, the management team expanded to include Jon Harper, a graduate entrepreneur bringing a wealth of programme management experience from running a UK university volunteering programme for an international business backed NGO.

Today, FF has a family of partners (including business education partnerships, corporations, charities, schools and universities), an advisory board of leading professionals, a sounding board of recent graduates, a team of Student and Graduate Leaders who deliver training and a core team based out of offices at Clapham Junction. Together, they provide pioneering training and support services for schools and colleges, universities and graduates.

Its programmes range from summer schools helping sixth formers from state schools gain access to top universities, to a peer support network for recent graduates to help them in their early stages of their career, through to a roadshow which broadens university students understanding of the options available to them post university.
