Raising Aspirations and Attainment - Step Up
Our GCSE and Sixth Form Step Up programme is a one or multi-day programme (non-residential or residential) focused on helping either Year 10 and 11 students reach their potential in their GCSEs or Year 12 students with the transition into sixth from through raising aspirations, developing study and time management skills and developing peer support for achievement.
Programme Aims:
- Focuses on students’ taking personal responsibility over their learning and their lives
- Helps students recognise the benefits of reaching their potential and encourages them to believe in themselves and the importance of having aspirations
- Challenges the students to take control of their future by deciding their own post-programme next steps
Who is it for?
Typically delivered for either Year 10 / 11 students or Year 12 (Lower Sixth) students
