Future Foundations - Assistant Course Directors
We need people with a logical and systematic approach to problem solving to join the team as Assistant Course Directors.
Assistant Course Directors are responsible for the logistical implementation of a training programme. They are responsible for proactively ensuring the right materials are with the right people in the right place at the right time. They need to be thinking and planning ahead for the remaining sessions on the programme, be lead time keeper for the programme (ensuring where possible sessions do not over-run, or adapting the timings for sessions/breaks when they do), and expecting the unexpected.
Assistant Course Directors will need to learn FF sessions (and therefore what’s needed where and when by whom), and have a good eye for operational detail. This role isn’t about delivering training, but is about enabling a training programme to take place smoothly.
