FF was founded to help young people reach their potential

Future Foundations (FF) is an independent training organisation focused on the personal, academic and leadership development of young people. We work directly with schools/youth organisations or groups of schools (either locally or nationally) or work with students who apply to take part in our open programmes.  We work closely with the public sector, comprehensive schools, academies, Independent Schools, private sector and leading youth organisations who are either partners or funders of our programmes.

FF provides training, coaching and mentoring programmes for young people to help them with the key transition points within education and their lives. Our programmes typically vary in length, can be delivered either residentially or non-residentially, taking place either at a school, or off-site at one of our partner venues with a team of FF staff between 5 and 35 depending on the number of participants. Our delivery methods include large plenary sessions, skill based workshops, 1:1 consultations, guest speakers, off-site trips and experiences, academic tutorials, experiential learning and team tasks. All our programmes are based around the following themes and organisational values:
